Jeff spent his executive career in financial services, including 10 years as CEO of Santander Asset Management UK working in a JV with Warburg Pincus & General Atlantic. For the last seven years, he has had non-executive roles and is currently chairman of NatWest Depositary Services (£500bn AuA), and is a board member of INSEAD IDN, a global corporate governance network. He recently exited as chairman of PE-backed Perspective Wealth Management after its sale to Charlesbank, this business had a buy & build strategy growing rapidly to create a national IFA network (EV £50m-400m in under 5 years).
Jeff is also co-founder and chair of Rewired Earth a not-for-profit sustainability business and was on the Advisory board of Callsign, a cyber security FinTech specialising in customer authentication. He has a degree in economics and studied at LBS,(Corporate finance) and INSEAD (corporate governance).
